Offering small classes or private individual sessions. We will tailor a practice to fit you and your needs. Yoga helps us in so many ways, as you can start from just 30 minutes to an hour a day. And in just a short period of time notice the healing process take over. Stagnation is toxic to the body and causes disease.

Practicing at Yoga Montgomery with Juliet

Wear comfortable clothing that is non-restricting. 

Avoid meals less than 2 hrs before practicing

Avoid caffeine intake

Mats and Props are provided if needed

Place all cell phones on silent/off. You owe this hour to yourself.

Remove shoes and socks upon entering the studio

No heavy colognes or strong perfumes 

Always notify Juliet of any injury or illness prior to practicing

Please keep a low voice as messages are in session

Please arrive on time or notify the studio if you are running behind schedule

All cancellations require a 24 hr notice or $50 fee
